It is the policy of ADEN to conduct business in an honest and ethical manner. As part of that, ADEN takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships, wherever it operates, and implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter bribery. ADEN expects its full supply chain to do the same.
ADEN operates “adenservices.com” and is an Integrated Facility Management company that performs amongst other things security services. By sharing your Personal Information with ADEN, you agree to the collection and use of Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
Information Collection and Use
While engaging in business with ADEN, you may be required to provide ADEN with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify persons or companies. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, company information, and scope of business, trade secrets, intellectual property and personnel information (“Personal Information”).
ADEN may also use this Personal Information for its business purposes, such as audits, internal communication regarding candidates and clients, determining the effectiveness of its promotional activities, administering its products and services, maintaining and securing its infrastructure, and for procurement and financial transactions.
Disclosure to Clients, Affiliates, Service Providers and others.
Disclosure to clients. In the course of business dealings, ADEN may disclose your Personal Information to clients or potential clients who wish to engage in business with ADEN. In the course of consulting services, ADEN may disclose assessments and other information to the client that has engaged ADEN and to designated client personnel. Assessment and other personal information collected by our consultants or provided by our client may be maintained in ADEN database, to which ADEN employees, and certain personnel designated by ADEN, will have access to during the course of their work. If you take assessments through our consulting services, ADEN will not use your assessment reports in the performance of our services without your consent. In the course of our other services, we may provide Personal Information , including name, nationality, ID copy, CVs and other related information, to prospective clients that have engaged ADEN to fulfill certain requirements. ADEN retains full rights to disclose to affiliates, subsidiaries and strategic alliance partners. ADEN may jointly use Personal Information with our affiliates and subsidiaries. ADEN is responsible for managing such jointly-used Personal Information. From time to time ADEN may also disclose Personal Information to strategic alliance partners and to networks of independent consultants who provide services on behalf of ADEN for the purposes stated above.
Business transfers. ADEN reserves the right to disclose or transfer any and all personal information that it collects from visitors, or that it otherwise collects in connection with its services, to a third party in connection with a strategic alliance with such third party, or in the event of a sale of ADEN company or one of its affiliates, or a merger or consolidation involving ADEN or one of its affiliates, or a sale or transfer of assets or of any portion of its business or the business of one or more of its affiliates.
ADEN will collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit its Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, and the pages of its site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
ADEN may key-code your Personal Information, meaning that such information is stripped of all information that may identify you (direct identifiers) and replaced by a key-code to minimize unwanted or unintended identification. Such key-coded information can be de-coded by the use of the key so that it identifies you again. ADEN may use such information for the purposes described in the paragraph above and as permitted by applicable law. Any published end product will refer only to larger aggregations of individuals and will not identify you personally or include any results attributable to you.
Additionally, ADEN may aggregate (anonymize) or de-identify personal information in such a manner that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other individual, for example, to generate norms by industry, geography, level, etc., enable us to conduct ongoing validation studies, compile reports, and publish journal articles to further the knowledge base of organizational and leadership science. Such aggregate or information is not considered Personal Information for purposes of this Policy and ADEN may use it for any purpose. In addition, ADEN may use third party services that collect, monitor and analyze this data.
ADEN may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may assist in expanding ADEN’s clientele or fulfilling its scope of work.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive. Like many sites, ADEN sites use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. This Policy is effective as of 18 January 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

Your continued use of the service after ADEN posts any modifications to the Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.
